An Introduction To Clowning
The foundation of all clown is play.
In this workshop with Simone Lewis, participants explore the basic principles of clown by immersing themselves in the world of play and the ridiculous.
In doing so, we create a safe yet provocative space while we explore the joy of failure, the use of rhythm as a tool for humour, how to let go and simply be in the moment.
We will learn how to discover what makes your audience laugh while supporting and caring for your fellow clowns; all with the help of a little red nose.
