The Big Story Bash - Writing & Performing Workshop with Joseph Roberts
Join award-winning Liverpool spoken word poet Joseph Roberts for a hands-on writing and performing workshop, held on the stage of the Floral Pavilion. Joseph will share how he got started as a poet and give you tips on finding ideas and turning them into poems. He?ll then help you write a piece of your own about anything you like, whether that?s football, family, your favourite place or the things that make you, you. At the end of the session, everyone who wants to can take centre stage and perform their poem to parents and guardians. It?s a chance to find out what it really feels like to stand on a real theatre stage. No experience needed, just bring your ideas, your voice and your accent!
