Neetu Sood ? Mama ? has been cooking for fifty years. She came to Liverpool from Delhi in 1992 and has been feeding people here ever since. After the sell-out earlier this year, she?s back at Shakespeare North Playhouse to cook for a room of guests the way she cooks at home.
Five courses, served as each one is ready. Her chutneys on the table ? the ones she?s spent years getting right, the ones that have won Great Taste Awards. Chai to finish, made the way she makes it every morning.
