Harp & a Monkey
Award-winning modern folk song and storytelling trio Harp & a Monkey perform traditional and original songs and stories with a heavy bias towards content from their native Greater Manchester.
Critically acclaimed, but often criminally undersold, these Mancunian troubadours have been touring their wares for the best part of two decades and are stalwarts of the alternative folk scene in Britain. For the uninitiated, expect beguiling stories and music in which subtle electronics mix seamlessly with accordions, harps, banjos, glockenspiels and more.
