The Orb
Chart-topping London electronic duo Alex Paterson and Jimmy Cauty are known for their psychedelic sound, with their influential 1991 debut album The Orb's Adventures Beyond the Ultraworld pioneering the UK's nascent ambient house movement.
The Orb developed a cult following among clubbers "coming down" from drug-induced highs, scoring UK Top 10 hits with "Toxygene", "Blue Room", and "Little Fluffy Clouds".
