What's On at The Comedy Store, London
Below you will find what's on at The Comedy Store London, located in the heart of theatreland, just off Leicester Square.
Originally opened in 1979 at the Gargoyle Nightclub in Soho, it moved to a new Leicester Square club in 1982, before relocating to its 400-capacity current home in 1993.
The only comedy club in the UK that is open virtually every day, its stage has been graced by all of the biggest names in British comedy and beyond, with a then unknown Mike Myers establishing The Comedy Store Players improvised show in 1985, with original members of Paul Merton, Josie Lawrence, Neil Mullarkey, Richard Vranch, Lee Simpson, Jim Sweeney, Dave Cohen, and Kit Hollerbach.
Piccadilly Circus Underground Station (on the Piccadilly, and Bakerloo lines) is just a 2 minute walk away.
