Summer Dance Camp

Summer Dance Themed! We're thrilled to return this August 2026 summer holidays with another unforgettable experience!

Available for all children aged 5 - 14, all dance levels welcome.

Join us for four exciting days of fun dance training for just £140

Including:

-Daily workshops led by the Oak Theatre team tailored to age and abilities

- Fun, creative games to be enjoyed by all

- Breakfast and Lunch provided every day

- A free camp t-shirt to wear for the final performance

- A free live showcase at the end of the camp for friends and family to enjoy

REHEARSALS

Monday 3rd- Wednesday 5th

Parents will Drop off and Pick up from the Great Hall at Scarisbrick Hall School reception.

Upon arrival follow Oak Theatre car park directions.

Drop off 8:45/9:00

Pick up 16:00

Thursday 6th

What to bring

- Dancers should wear comfortable clothing they can move in

- Dancers will be given an Oak Theatre Dance Camp T-Shirt to perform in on Thursday.

- Please bring water every day

- Lunch and toast will be provided for students each day but they are welcome to bring snacks along for their break. (Please ensure any food brought in does not contain nuts due to allergies)

Show details

- Tickets are free for the show, and attendees will not need a ticket for entry.

- Seating will be unreserved (Other than seating left for the disabled.)

- Please arrive no earlier than 16:30 on Friday for attending the show. The show will start at 17:00 and is expected to finish at 17:45.

- The Gasworks (Cafe/bar) will be open before the show for you to purchase any drinks/snacks.

Our talented team of teachers will bring their passion and expertise straight to Oak Theatre Camp.

This is a fantastic opportunity for young performers to grow in confidence, develop their dance skills, and shine in the spotlight. Dancers will be put into groups on the first day based on ages/ability/friendship groups. Whether you're a regular dancer or think you have two left feet, the dance camp caters to all abilities!
