As you wander into the rolling green fields, our giant Big Top Tent will stand proud, inviting you to take a step inside to experience a host of brilliant acts that soundtrack the afternoon with outstanding audio/visual on-stage production. Leading the charge, legendary Liverpool band and cult heroes, The Zutons headline during early-evening - capping off a run of UK shows which coincide with the 15th anniversary of their seminal album 'Who Killed The Zutons'.The album, which spawned the hit singles ‘Pressure Point’, ‘Remember Me’, ‘Confusion’ and ‘You Will You Won’t’, was first released in 2004 to critical acclaim, a Mercury Prize nomination, and went on to sell over 600,000 copies (Double Platinum) in the UK alone.

The band recorded a further two albums, ‘Tired of Hanging Around’ (including their song ‘Valerie’, which has become one of the biggest songs of this millennium) and their last album ‘You Can Do Anything’ in 2008, alongside new works in the making with their fourth studio album, that's being produced by none other than Nile Rogers.

As evening descends, a duo of DJ sets from two local legends will get the crowd moving in the Big Top - with Hooky (Peter Hook) of New Order, Joy Division, The Light and Hacienda Club; playing along with Clint Boon of 90's big-hitting band Inspiral Carpets, Radio X and BBC Manchester. As the party starts, you'll witness 90's house music queens Angie Brown and Rozalla performing live on stage, before the phenomenal trio K-Klass headline with a closing set of pumping hits to see out your Saturday night on a high.

In true Cheshire Fest style there's a super-selection of festival bars to help quench your thirst - from the expert Keg Man team in our Cheshire Fest Pub pouring the very best, ice-cold, crisp craft beers from across the UK; to the chic surroundings of the JJ Whitley Neil Gin Bar.

Explore a cosy, boutique festival disco from Cheshire Tipi Company - where you can snap up premium cocktails, prosecco and champagnes with a delectable selection of Soul, Funk, Soulful House and Grooves across day and night from a weekend takeover by LDF DJs and friends (Liverpool Disco Festival).

Come join in the fun on Sunday’s Jubilee Family Day with our street party-themed programme, offering loads of things to see and do for all ages. As the nation comes together to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubliee – we’ll host party games, children’s entertainment and shows in the afternoon sun with bubbles, bunting and smiles all round!

Gather together, one and all for the Greatest Showman Show by A Million Dreams. Dazzling performances will see your little one's eyes light up in front of the Big Top Tent stage, with sing-along moments galore. Witness amazing circus skills from Nula Hula and get involved to learn some new tricks! Why not take a trip to imagination land with Mark The Storyteller with his funny, adventurous and memorable tales - or see the magical giant bubble show from eBublio, with all the colours of the rainbow floating through the fields. If you're in for a thrill, the Cheshire Fest Fun Fair features dodgems, prize games, a ferris wheel and rides that will keep your teenagers happy too!

While the children are busy having fun, why not take up a deckchair with all the best foodie treats laid on by our Street Food Village traders - with Pimms, gin and pints from our brilliant bars. Browse through the region's best producers and crafters in the Independent Street Artisan Market and support our local businesses. Families can even gather in front of the stage to watch this year's huge Jubilee pageant at Buckingham Palace on a big screen whilst flying the flag for Cheshire! To cap off the day, cover bands playing greatest hits from across the decades with The Cavern Beatles, Planet Abba, Manytones and U2UK. Truly the Best of British!
