A Lovely Word 2023

First Thursday of every month With 20 open mic spaces available per night (monthly), at a maximum of four minutes per slot, A Lovely Word is Liverpool's more eclectic performance poetry night featuring two halves of open mic poets, and a headliner beginning the first half. A Lovely Word is supported by ourselves to present a monthly open mic with a Nationally recognised poetry headliner. The night aims to be an inclusive and open environment for all, that presents a diverse range of headliners and open mic poets. We have a zero tolerance attitude towards racism, sexism, classism, homophobia, transphobia, anti-semitism, disablism, and any use of slurs that are not yours to use.
